Points & Referral # Earn, share, give There are two separate ways to earn: POINTS from your own shopping (spent like money at Nuvelle), and TL from your invites (paid out to you). Let's walk through both, step by step. ## 1) Points — your own shopping When you shop as a member, the system saves up for you and applies it to your next order automatically: 1. 1**Place your order.** Say you order ₺1,000.00 worth and your payment is completed. 2. 2**Points are added automatically.** **3%** of the product total you paid — **₺30.00** in this example — is added to your account as points. (1 point = ₺1.00.) 3. 3**They come off your next order automatically.** At checkout your points balance shows in TL and is deducted from the total on its own; no code to type, no maths to do. If you'd rather not use them, switch it off with one click and your points stay in your account. - •Points work like **money, not a discount**: they're deducted on top, even on an order that already has a campaign or coupon discount. - •You can start using points once you've collected **100 points** (₺100.00). - •Up to **30%** of the product total of a single order can be paid with points; shipping can't be paid with points. - •Points are valid for **365 days** — see your balance in TL under My Account → My Points. - •Points are earned on the product total you pay; no points are earned on shipping, discounts or the part paid with points. ## 2) Invite & Influencer — share, earn TL This side is NOT points: what you earn from your invites builds up in TL and is paid out to you. It's for anyone with followers — influencers, content creators, or simply someone who recommends us to friends. Here's how it works: 1. 1**Sign up, get your link.** Your personal invite link and code are ready under My Account → My Influencer Panel. You can also add `?ref=YOURCODE` to the end of any product link you like — whichever product you share, the invite works **store-wide**. 2. 2**Share it.** Story, Reels, DM, bio, WhatsApp… anywhere you like. Your panel shows clicks, unique visitors, sign-ups, sales and revenue in real time, so you can see which posts work. 3. 3**Anyone who clicks is remembered for 30 days.** Even if they don't buy right away, if they sign up and order within 30 days, your invite counts. If they clicked several invite links before signing up, the last link they clicked is the one that counts. 4. 4**Your friend gets a discount.** When someone arrives via your link, signs up and places their FIRST order, a **10%** discount is applied automatically. No coupon code needed. If a bigger campaign or coupon is running at that moment, discounts don't stack; your friend automatically gets the best one. 5. 5**You earn TL.** Once that first order is paid, **10%** of the order's product total becomes your earnings — whatever discount your friend used. Example: if your friend spends ₺1,000.00, **₺100.00** is credited to you. 6. 6**Track it, get paid.** It builds up as "Unpaid earnings" in your panel. We arrange your payout directly with you, in cash or to your account; once paid, the balance resets and stays in your history as "paid". In short: your friend spends ₺1,000.00 → they get **₺100.00** off → you earn **₺100.00**. Everyone wins 🤍 Fair use: you can't invite yourself; existing customers and multiple accounts from the same person don't earn rewards. Earnings from returned or cancelled orders aren't paid. No limit — invite as many people as you like, with a separate reward for each. ## Sharing guide for influencers A few short notes so both you and your followers can shop with confidence: - •**Say it's an ad.** In posts where you earn from your invite link, use the `#reklam` (ad) or `#işbirliği` (collaboration) tag, visibly and at the start of the post, as required by Turkey's Advertising Board (Reklam Kurulu) guidelines for social media influencers. The Turkish tags are the expected ones. - •**Tell your own experience.** Talking about how you wear it, the fabric, the cut and the size is the content that sells best. Keep price, measurements and fabric details consistent with the product page. - •**Share what people wonder about.** Orders ship in a plain, unbranded package with nothing printed on it; for your followers this is often the most important detail. - •**Explain the discount correctly.** Say something like "Sign up through my link and your discount comes automatically on your first order", and mention that they don't need to enter a coupon code. - •**Keep it classy.** Nuvelle's tone is simple and elegant; don't use your link in content that is obscene, demeaning or against platform rules. - •**What not to do:** run search ads using the "Nuvelle" name, post your link on coupon/discount sites, send unsolicited bulk messages, or promise a discount that doesn't actually exist. Earnings from sales that come through these routes aren't paid. ## Frequently asked questions Are points and invite earnings the same? No. **Points** come from your own shopping and can only be spent at Nuvelle, like money at checkout. **Invite earnings** are TL and are paid out to you — they can't be spent on the site. My friend clicked but didn't buy right away. Is it lost? No. A click is valid for **30 days**. If they sign up and place their first order within that time, they get the 10% discount and you get your earnings. Does it count if my friend checks out as a guest, without signing up? No. For your invite to count, your friend needs to sign up on the "Sign up" page **before** ordering; that's also when they get the discount. My friend bought with another campaign. Do I still earn? Yes. Discounts don't stack, so your friend gets whichever is best for them; once their first order is paid, your earnings are still credited. When do I get paid?
