Cancellation, Return & Withdrawal

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order is handed over to the carrier. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your payment is refunded to the same payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 daysfrom the date you receive the product. You can send your withdrawal notice, together with your order number, to fatih@nuvelle.com.tr.

⚠️ Hygiene rule (exception to withdrawal)

Intimate apparel, nightwear, swimwear and similar products are sensitive in terms of health and hygiene. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose original packaging/protective hygiene seal has been opened, that have been tried on, or that have been used(Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15). The product to be returned must have its tags intact, its hygiene seal in place, and be in resalable condition. For unopened products, returns and exchanges are straightforward.

How do I return an item?

  1. Write to fatih@nuvelle.com.tr with your order number.
  2. We will send you the return/exchange steps and the shipping instructions.
  3. Hand the product over to the contracted carrier in its original packaging and with its invoice.
  4. Once the product reaches us and meets the conditions, the refund is issued to your payment method (card refunds take 1–10 business days depending on the bank; the statutory maximum period is 14 days).

Defective / Wrong Product

If a faulty, incomplete or defective product reaches you, the shipping cost is on us; we provide a product exchange or a full refund.

Your return shipment also goes out in a plain, unbranded box — it stays between us. 🤍
