Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties and Seller Information
This agreement is entered into, on the terms set out below, between the SELLER whose details appear below and the BUYER who places an order through nuvelle.com.tr (the “Site”).

Buyer: The person who places the order; their full name, address and contact details are recorded in the order details.
2. Subject Matter
The subject matter of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products that the BUYER orders electronically through the Site, together with the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product, Price and Payment
The essential characteristics of the product, the sale price (VAT included) and the shipping fee, if any, are stated on the order page and at the confirmation stage. Payment is collected from a credit/debit card via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure and 3D Secure. Card details are not seen or stored by Fatih Elçiboğa.
4. Delivery
After payment is approved, the products are shipped via the contracted carrier to the address provided by the BUYER within 1 - 3 iş günü. Shipments are made in a plain, unbranded box. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the product is received, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal may be submitted through our contact channels.
Exception to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health and hygiene, such as intimate apparel, nightwear, swimwear and similar products whose packaging/protective seal has been opened or that have been tried on (Regulation Art. 15). 6. General Provisions
The BUYER is obliged to enter product and payment information correctly on the Site. If the SELLER is unable to fulfil its obligation due to force majeure, it informs the BUYER and refunds the amount paid. The product is delivered to the person at the address indicated by the BUYER.
7. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force once the order is confirmed by the SELLER.
